What counts as a credit?
One credit equals one minute of source video (a 60-minute podcast costs 60 credits). If your file is bigger than your plan's limit, there's a small size fee, and we show you the full charge before you upload, no surprises.
Can I try Skapo for free?
Yes. Every account gets 2 hours of video free every month, no credit card needed. Free clips carry a small Skapo watermark. A paid plan removes it for good, or you can clean up a single video with a one-time payment.
Is Skapo a GDPR-compliant, privacy-safe AI clipping tool?
Yes. Your videos upload straight to our private, encrypted storage, and the only outside companies that process them are the ones named in our privacy policy. Rendered clips stay available for 7 days on the free plan, 30 days on Freelancer Pro and 90 days on White Label, where you set 30, 90 or 365 days per client, and then stop being served. Deleting your account erases your clips and source files, and we delete anything sooner on request, which matters for agencies and corporate clients.
What video inputs does Skapo support?
Paste a public YouTube link, or upload an MP4, MOV, or WEBM file. We check your video right in your browser before it uploads, so bad files get caught early and your upload never fails halfway through.
How fast is rendering?
All your clips render at the same time instead of waiting in line. A job usually takes 10 to 30 minutes depending on the length of the video, and an hour-long episode is often ready in about 10.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel your subscription anytime from the dashboard, no questions, no penalties. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
