Create their workspace and fill in the brand kit: logo, colors, font, caption style, and the file naming pattern you already use with them. That is the setup, and it is the last time you type any of it.
Episodes arrive on their own
Point the workspace at the client's YouTube channel, or paste a link or a list of timestamps yourself. Either way the job runs under that client's kit.
Approve, then hand it over
Review what came back, approve the clips you want, and download one bundle containing only those, named the way that client's files are always named.
Can I run several clients through one account?
Yes. White Label gives each client their own workspace, with its own brand kit, its own library and its own retention setting. There is one login and it is yours: clients do not get accounts, and you deliver a bundle however you already send files to them.
Can I apply different branding per client?
Yes, and you set it once. Caption style, colors, font, logo and the file naming pattern live in that client's brand kit and apply to every job in their workspace automatically, with the logo burned into every clip. Update the kit and everything cut after that picks it up.
Is it safe for clients with data policies?
Uploads go straight to private encrypted storage, and the only outside companies that touch the footage are the processors named in our privacy policy. Rendered clips stay available for 30 days on Freelancer Pro and 90 days on White Label, where you set it per client to 30, 90 or 365 days, so a slow-approving client does not lose a batch. After that the clips stop being served, and deleting your account erases the files, source uploads included.
Do interview episodes keep both people on screen?
When 2 to 4 people are on screen the framing puts each one in their own panel automatically, with no manual cropping: two get stacked, three get a pair over a full-width row, four get a 2x2 grid. That split layout is 9:16 only; clips also come out as 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9 when a client needs those.
