By accessing and using this website and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Throughout this document, "Skapo", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the official registered entity operating this Service.

2. Description of Service

Skapo provides automated cloud-processing tools to edit and repurpose short-form video content from user-provided URLs.

3. Platform Compliance & Third-Party Liability

Skapo outputs content designed for third-party platforms (including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and the content you upload to these third-party platforms, complies with their respective Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and copyright policies.

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ACTIONS TAKEN BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AGAINST YOUR ACCOUNT(S). THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS, BANS, SHADOWBANS, DEMONETIZATION, OR CONTENT REMOVALS RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICE OR THE CONTENT GENERATED BY IT.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

You must own the rights to, or have explicit permission to modify and distribute, the video content you submit to Skapo via URL. You retain all rights to your original content. We do not claim ownership over the generated videos.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely via our authorized Merchant of Record. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Due to the high compute costs associated with cloud video rendering, all sales are subject to our strict Refund Policy. 6. Fair Use & Acceptable Use

Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, bypass the credit system, or programmatically spam the webhook infrastructure. Any attempt to abuse the compute architecture will result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability & No Virality Guarantee

Skapo provides video editing and formatting infrastructure. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the performance, view count, engagement, or algorithmic success of the generated content on any third-party platform.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SKAPO OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

8. Prohibited Content & Content Moderation

You may not upload, submit, or process any content that is unlawful or that depicts:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors, in any form.
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise adult (18+) content, including nudity of a sexual nature.
• Graphic violence, gore, or content depicting or promoting real-world harm, terrorism, or extreme cruelty.
• Any other content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or that you do not have the lawful right to submit.

To enforce this policy and to comply with the usage policies of the third-party AI providers that power the Service, all submitted content is subject to automated content moderation before and during processing. Content that is flagged will be blocked from processing and quarantined.

UPLOADING PROHIBITED CONTENT IS A MATERIAL BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CERTAIN CONTENT — INCLUDING CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL — CARRIES CRIMINAL LIABILITY AND THAT WE ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO PRESERVE IT AND REPORT IT, TOGETHER WITH ASSOCIATED ACCOUNT INFORMATION, TO THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES (INCLUDING, WHERE APPLICABLE, THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR MISSING & EXPLOITED CHILDREN (NCMEC) AND LAW ENFORCEMENT).
