White label video clipping for agencies with a client list

White Label is Skapo's plan for agencies that clip video for several clients: one workspace per client, a brand kit that puts their colors, caption style, font and logo on every clip automatically, and a delivery bundle you hand over as your own work.

It also runs while you are somewhere else. Point a workspace at a client's YouTube channel and every new episode becomes clips under that client's live kit, with nobody logged in.

€299/mo, or €249/mo billed annually

What happens when a client publishes

One episode, one week, and you at the laptop once. This is a picture of a client workspace, not a recording of a real one.

  1. Tue 09:12

    Their channel publishes

Skapo reads the feed every hour, so the new episode turns into a job without anyone logging in.

  2. Tue 09:14

    The kit applies itself

Acme's colors, caption style, font and logo, out of brand kit v4. That version stays pinned to this job for good.

  3. Wed 10:05

    You approve six, reject two

The two rejects carry a note, so next week you know why they went. Nothing leaves until you say so.

  4. Wed 10:06

    The bundle assembles

Clips, covers, caption files, post copy and a manifest, named the way this client's files are always named.

What you stop doing by hand

The clipping engine is identical on both plans. This is the part of the week that changes.

How the video gets in

Auto-clip on publish
Point a workspace at the client's YouTube channel. Every hour Skapo reads the feed, and a new episode becomes an ordinary job under the live kit. The brakes are built in: the first check only backfills and never submits, at most one episode per channel per hour, a monthly credit cap per channel you pick (100, 250, 400, 1000, or uncapped), intake pauses itself if your balance drops under 15% of the plan, and clips always land pending. YouTube channels for now.
Timestamp mode
Paste a chapter list, a spreadsheet column or a WhatsApp message and Skapo cuts those ranges instead of choosing for you. A deterministic parser reads it first, so the same paste gives the same ranges every time, and only loose phrasing falls back to AI. 5 seconds to 3 minutes per range, up to 30 ranges in a job, and anything inferred is flagged for review. YouTube links, and it is on every plan.
Or just send the file
A direct upload or a link, up to 4 hours of source and 50 clips per job. Freelancer Pro stops at 3 hours and 20 clips.

How it comes out looking like theirs

One workspace per client
A name, a slug, a brand kit, a job list, an archive state, a retention setting, and its own delivery history. The workspace view carries their logo and colors, so it is a screen you can put on a call without apologising for it.
Brand kits
Caption style from the 8, primary, highlight and background colors, caption position and size, an uploaded font, camera motion, visual mode, aspect ratio, tone notes, the client brief, the file-naming pattern, a quality floor, filler removal, caption romanization and export fps. Every job in that workspace starts with all of it already applied.
Drafted from their website
Paste the client's URL. Skapo reads the og:image, the favicon, the CSS colors and the linked fonts, Gemini drafts a kit out of that, and you confirm or edit it. Best effort: a site behind a bot wall just means you fill the kit in yourself.
Their logo on every clip
Any of the four corners, 5 to 30% of the frame width, 0 to 20% margin off the edge. Re-applied on every re-render and every caption edit, so a late fix never ships unbranded.
Four aspect ratios
9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9, one per job, taken from the kit at submit. Freelancer Pro is 9:16 only.
Kits are versioned, never overwritten
Change a color today and last month's job still says which kit made it, because the version is pinned to the job. Full version history, and one click to restore an older one.
Demo mode
Run a client workspace for 72 hours before you commit to it.

What is in the delivery bundle

Review first, deliver second
Approve a clip, or reject it with a note. Only approved clips go in the bundle, so a batch you have not looked at cannot leave by accident.
A receipt for every delivery
Each bundle is recorded, with a history per client, so what you sent them in April has an answer that is not your sent folder.
Caption files on their own
SRT, VTT or TXT per clip outside the bundle too, plus the full episode transcript when an editor asks for it.
Retention per client
90 days by default, and 30, 90 or 365 days per client workspace. A slow-approving client never loses a batch, and a client whose own contract demands a shorter window gets exactly that.

Unknown tokens stay as text, and an empty value collapses instead of leaving a stray underscore behind.

Why a clip got picked

Why this clip
Per clip: the analyzer's score, hook strength, hook trigger type, category and mood. On client jobs also the structure it found, hook, context and payoff, plus the reasoning behind the pick. Sort a batch by rank, score, length or approved.
Post copy from their brief
A caption and hashtags per clip, written from that clip's own transcript plus the client's tone notes and brief. Generated when you ask for it, not on every render.

What you can change without a call

Per-client engine knobs
From the kit: a quality floor (the minimum candidate score, 5 to 9), filler-word removal on or off, caption romanization, and 30 or 60 fps export. 60 is honoured on sources shot at 50 fps or more.
Credits without a plan change
3,000 credits a month is 50 hours of source video, because 1 credit is 1 source minute and not 1 clip. The slider runs to 15,000 credits, 250 hours, and back down again, any time, on the same plan.
Pause for 1 to 3 months
On every paid plan. For the quarter where a client goes quiet and you would rather not cancel.
Nothing of yours leaks
Camera and editor metadata is stripped from every clip. Storage is private and encrypted, nothing passes through a third party, and source uploads are purged on schedule.

White Label questions

What does white label mean here?
The clips carry your client's branding and not ours. No Skapo logo, no watermark, their logo burned in, their colors and caption style applied automatically, and camera and editor metadata stripped from the file. You hand the files over as your own work. It does not mean a client login and it does not mean a custom domain: delivery is a zip you send through whatever you already use with that client.
What happens when a client publishes a new episode?
If you pointed their workspace at their YouTube channel, Skapo reads the feed every hour and turns the new episode into an ordinary job under that client's live brand kit, with nobody logged in. The brakes matter as much as the feature: the first check only backfills and never submits, at most one episode per channel per hour, you set a monthly credit cap per channel (100, 250, 400, 1000, or uncapped), intake pauses by itself if your balance drops under 15% of the plan's monthly credits, and clips always land pending so nothing is approved without you. The ready email starts with Auto-clipped, so you can tell those runs apart at a glance. YouTube channels only for now.
What is in the delivery bundle?
One zip per batch, holding only the clips you approved. clips/ with the MP4s named by your kit's pattern, covers/ with a JPG per clip, captions/ with an SRT and a VTT per clip, post-copy/ with a txt per clip carrying the hook, logline, caption and hashtags, and manifest.csv listing filename, rank, hook, logline, length, format, source timecodes and why the clip was picked. Every bundle is recorded as a receipt, so each client has a delivery history.
Do my clients get a login?
No. White Label has one login and it is yours. Workspaces, kits and approvals all live on your side, and when a batch is ready you download the bundle and send it the way you already send files to that client. There is no client portal and no client seat, on purpose: it keeps this a production tool rather than something you have to teach a client to use.
What if I only have two clients?
The clipping engine is the same on both plans, so this is not a quality question. White Label starts paying for itself the moment you are re-entering a client's caption style and colors on every job, dropping their logo on clips in an editor, or renaming files to their convention. If none of that is happening yet, Freelancer Pro is fine, and the upgrade is one click in your billing settings later, with your jobs and clips staying exactly where they are.
How do White Label credits work?
1 credit is 1 minute of source video, not 1 clip, so a 60 minute episode costs 60 credits however many clips come out of it. White Label includes 3,000 credits a month, about 50 hours of source across every client together. The slider goes up to 15,000 credits, 250 hours, and back down again whenever you want, on the same plan, and billing can be paused for 1 to 3 months.
Where does client footage live, and for how long?
In private encrypted storage. Rendered clips keep 90 days on White Label, and you set 30, 90 or 365 days per client workspace, so a slow-approving client never loses a batch and a client whose own contract demands a shorter window gets exactly that. Source uploads are purged on the usual schedule either way, and nothing passes through a third party's servers in between.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, from your billing settings, any time, in both directions. Your existing jobs and clips stay put and there is no migration step to run: once you are on White Label the client workspaces and brand kits are simply there.
Can I paste a timestamp list a client sent me?
Yes, and that one is on every plan. Paste a YouTube chapter list, a few lines from a doc, a spreadsheet column or a WhatsApp message. A deterministic parser runs first so the same paste always gives the same ranges, and only if that finds nothing does it fall back to AI for loose phrasing like the bit about hiring, about twenty minutes in. Each range is 5 seconds to 3 minutes, a job holds up to 30 of them, and anything with a missing end time is flagged as inferred so you check it before submitting. Timestamp mode runs on YouTube links, so a direct upload gets the normal analysis pass instead.

Bring one real client, leave with their workspace set up

Most agencies start with a call. We go through your client list, build the first brand kit together, and point the auto-clip watch at their channel while you are still on the line.

The walkthrough is a call with the founder, not a sales team.
