Refund Policy
Last Updated: May 14, 2026
1. Standard Refund Policy
Processing and rendering your video uses expensive cloud computing power, and we pay for it the moment a video starts processing, with no way to get that cost back. For that reason, we don't offer refunds for processed video minutes, used credits, or completed subscription cycles.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your recurring monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Canceling your subscription prevents future billing, but does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your allocated processing hours until the end of your current paid billing period.
3. Software Failures
In the rare event of a backend software failure where the system crashes and fails to deliver a rendered video, the processing minutes for that specific job will not be deducted from your account balance, or they will be automatically credited back to your account.
